CORSICANA, Texas (TBEN) – Four people have been charged with systematically stealing fitness trackers from a warehouse in Corsicana.

Antonio Marcell Lewis, 41, Samuel Earl Lewis, 36, Aaron Lincoln, 43, and Ricka Smith, 37, were arrested Thursday. If convicted, they face up to five years in prison.

They were charged with conspiracy to commit theft from interstate shipments on September 8.

Over the course of four months, the plan would have generated more than $425,000 in value, according to the US Attorney’s Office.

Antonio Lewis and Lincoln, who both send and receive employees for a department store distribution center in Corsicana, are said to have stolen fitness trackers and accessories intended to go to stores. The two would unload them with the pallet from freight trailers and place them at the facility’s loading docks.

Smith is a driver for a commercial freight forwarder who reportedly parked her truck at the loading docks so that Antonio Lewis and Lincoln could load the devices onto her truck.

Smith was reportedly going to meet brothers Antonio Lewis and Samuel Lewis to unload the devices from her truck. The brothers then sold the fitness trackers to unauthorized retailers.
