After winning the ODI series against the West Indies 3-0, the focus now shifts to the 5 matches of the T20I series against the same opponent. The Indian team is looking forward to marking their final players for the upcoming ICC T20I cricket world cup later this year.

One of those young players who has beaten to team India is Arshdeep Singh. The medium paced left arm bowler plays for Punjab kings in the IPL and has had a few good previous seasons of Premier T20 competition.

He was included in India’s T20 squad for the series against England but only got 1 game to play. He was part of the recently concluded ODI series against the West Indies but didn’t get the chance in any of the matches, but he has been included in the XI games of the 1st T20I game against the West Indies.
