After Corona, the catering industry is attracting apprentices again


In February 2020, Gastro Aargau’s new training center opened its doors. A few weeks later he had to close it again because of the pandemic. Apprenticeship training in the hospitality industry now seems to have recovered, as our report in the busy kitchen shows.
