“ I liked the @supersupfit class so much … I felt a little intimidated when I walked in …
“ But as soon as Sophie got everyone involved and reassured us all that this class is certainly not taking itself as seriously as it sounds! It’s about having fun and feeling good.
“ Very quickly I was stuck in my swinging movements and making waves. The whole experience is just a happy hormone surge !!
‘Thank you @supersupfit @driftbeachdubai for inviting me.’
Earlier this month, Amy opened up about how she, her fiance Daniel Day and their daughter are going to stay in Dubai for the next few weeks, having ‘escaped’ the UK national lockdown.
They had previously been forced to stay after missing their return flight following the illness of their 10-month-old daughter Demelza.
She wrote: ‘Sorry #lockdown we’re slipping away … really amazed we’re in this position as we were supposed to be home already now.
“ However, with everything open here at #Dubai, it doesn’t make sense for us to go home. So I take this as an extremely lucky sign and I will take advantage of the freedom we have here.
Growing family: Amy and her fiancé Daniel welcomed their baby girl in January
“ I’m a home girl in my heart and my family #Bristol and my [animals] so many! Sending you all a virtual hug in these crazy crazy times xxx ‘.
She revealed late last month that her family was forced to stay in Dubai after missing their flight home when her daughter Demelza fell ill during the trip.
Amy dedicated her time to taking care of her health. She wrote: “Evening everything! My instamovements pretty much stopped since my daughter got sick …
“ She’s my priority and I know when she needs me, so every breath in my concentration has been to make sure she is improving and knowing that she is safe.
“ After a few painful days and many tears (especially mine) my daughter comes out the other side of her sudden illness …
“We were told it wasn’t #covid which is a big relief! She is currently taking antibiotics and is getting stronger every day.
“ Thank you again to everyone who reached out to us – We had so many good wishes – thank you we decided to stay at #dubai as we missed our flight as Dem was unable to travel …
“And now basically I think we’re just going to stay here forever.
