An Outraged White House Actually Accuses Ron DeSantis and Greg Abbott of Human Trafficking

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre accused Greg Abbott and Ron DeSantis of using the tactics of people smugglers.

The White House press secretary said:

Two Republican governors lured 100 asylum seekers, including children, onto planes and buses with false premises, then abandoned them thousands of miles away on a busy road with nothing but ziplock bags with their belongings in hand. “These were children. They were mothers. They were fleeing communism. And what have the DeSantis administrations and the Abbott administrations done to them? They treated them like political pawns, treated them like chattels in a cruel, premeditated political stunt.

Why would Gov. DeSantis would otherwise have spent the time chartering a flight to get migrants from another state — not even his state, another state — and hiring a videographer to capture footage from that flight, but didn’t bother to record the Massachusetts authorities that migrant children in need of food and shelter were about to land on their doorstep.

These vulnerable migrants were reportedly misled about where they were going, told they would be going to Boston, misled about what they would get when they arrived, and promised shelter, shelter, benefits and more. These are the kind of tactics we see with smugglers,” Jean-Pierre said. “And for what? A photo-op?

Abbott and DeSantis pull off a stunt for the election year. They are both running for re-election and both have presidential ambitions for 2024. Each man wastes millions of dollars in taxpayer dollars in their respective states on political stunts that play well on TBEN News.

The White House cannot openly say that DeSantis and Abbott are breaking the law because the Justice Department must make that decision, but state officials such as California Governor Gavin Newsom have already asked the DOJ to review what Abbott and DeSantis are doing.

Republicans will face repercussions for this stunt, and the White House is urging public opinion to ensure that their cruel and inhumane actions are defined for the nation.
