Anushka Sharma currently lives in her Mumbai residence and enjoys spending time with her parents while her husband Virat Kohli keeps busy with the Australian series. The actor has now shared a happy image from his tea time with his parents.
The Sui Dhaaga actor shared a beautiful photo of herself, wearing a lavender salwar costume, with a bindi on her forehead, comfortably sitting on her balcony as her father clicked her with his figure visible in the reflection behind it. She captioned the photo, “When your dad captures your perfect candid shot of chai time and tells you to cut it out of the frame, but you won’t do it because – my girl!”
Virat got paternity leave from BCCI after the first test against Australia next month. He will miss three test matches in Australia to be with Anushka as the couple welcome their first child in early January. “… Mr. Virat Kohli had informed the BCCI of his intention to return to India after the first test in Adelaide. BCCI granted paternity leave to the Indian captain. He will come back after the first test against Australia in Adelaide, ”Board secretary Jay Shah said in a press release. Players under central contract are eligible for paternity leave and Rohit took advantage of it during the 2018 tour of Australia.
Anushka had previously accompanied Virat to the United Arab Emirates for the Indian Premier League. He was leading his IPL Royal Challengers Bangalore team before being ousted from the competition. She had also celebrated her 32 years in Dubai with her other teammates.
The PK actor also took to Instagram to share two love-soaked photos and expressed his feelings for him without words, but with just a heart emoji. While one of the photos saw Anushka resting her head on Virat’s as they kissed, the other saw her kissing him on the cheeks.

The couple took to social media on August 27 to announce their pregnancy. “And then there were three of us! Arrived in January 2021, ”the couple wrote in their individual captions.
