The Indian team, after showing courage and determination to secure a well-contested draw at Sydney Cricket Ground in the third test against Australia, took over Wednesday in Brisbane ahead of the fourth and final test match of the series, starting Friday. The Cricket Control Council of India (BCCI) took to Twitter to share photos of the Gabba. “After an epic fight in Sydney, it’s time to regroup. We have started our preparations for the Final Test à la Gabba! #TeamIndia #AUSvIND,” the photos were captioned.

In one of the photos, Jasprit Bumrah, who doubts for the final test of the four-game series, can be seen chatting with bowling coach Bharat Arun as Shardul Thakur watches.
India will be on the pitch in Brisbane without their all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, who was left out of the final test with a dislocated thumb.
He was hit in the hand by a Pat Cummins bouncer as he batted on Day 3 of the third test in Sydney.
Jadeja didn’t take the field in the second round and he underwent successful surgery on Tuesday, promising his fans to return soon.
India suffered a number of injuries in the third test as Hanuma Vihari and Jasprit Bumrah are in doubt for the final game of the series.
On the flip side, Australia are also facing injury issues, young opener Will Pucovski injuring his shoulder while diving to stop a run on the last day of the third test at SCG.
