Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis caused a lot of excitement – among the media and especially among the banks. When asked by Radio SRF about the blocked Russian funds, Cassis described them as an “important source of funding”. And further: “Damage that is caused must also be repaired by the aggressor.”
