Boeing Must Pay $200 Million to Pay SEC Fees for Misleading Investors After Deadly 737 Max Crashes

Boeing will pay $200 million to settle charges it misled investors after deadly 737 Max crashes, the SEC said Thursday.

The company’s former CEO will pay $1 million, the SEC said.
