The national capital and the neighboring states of Uttar Pradesh and Haryana have reported a sudden spike in corona cases in recent days. Recently, the Delhi government led by Kejriwal reduced the number of people to 50 from the earlier limit of 200 allowed to attend weddings or other social events in Delhi.

Noida District Magistrate (DM) Suhas LY called on all residents of the district to comply with the new UP government ordinance which reads: “As a result of the increased spread of the pandemic of Covid-19, no more than 100 people will be allowed. to attend any function, wedding and other social event, whether outdoors or indoors. “

The DM said strict measures will be taken according to the law against those who violate the new order by the state government.

He called on all local officials to make sure people are following prescribed guidelines.

“All administrative officials and others concerned must ensure that all kinds of ceremonies, weddings and other social events held in their respective areas are not attended by more than 100 people,” the DM added.
