The 49-year-old was seen inspecting homes in Melbourne on Friday, which are expected to fetch around $ 3.2 to $ 3.4 million at Saturday auctions.

Dave is believed to have inspected Sarah and George Bragias’ gorgeous renovated 1940s home during the outing.

The Melbourne local looked serious when he was seen arriving at the properties, accompanied by buyer agent Greville Pabst and a cameraman.

The real estate agent looked dashing in black pants and a navy suit jacket, as he held up a property brochure.

Dave was pictured chatting with the two, before they entered the gorgeous property to peek inside.

It’s unclear if Dave is looking to buy a home or was visiting the properties for some other purpose, but Daily Mail Australia has sought comment.

During the renovation, the couple adopted the heritage features of the house, while producing an incredibly modern and luxurious home.

Dave’s interest in the house comes after buying Elyse and Josh’s house in Elsternwick, in 2017 for $ 3.067 million.

Earlier this year, the comedian listed the five-bedroom house for rent at $ 2,000 per week.

In the past, Hughesy has admitted that he regrets buying the house after finding out it was not worth the price.

He told Stellar magazine in February 2018 that he was ‘annoyed’ after the bank valued the property at ‘much less’ than the $ 3 million he paid.

“I went to get a bank loan the other day and they didn’t rate it the same way I paid it, which is good, but annoying because there were five bidders,” a- he declared.

The Block Auctions will air Sunday at 7 p.m. on Channel Nine.
