Decline in net banking, UPI service and HDFC Bank ATMs

On Saturday, HDFC bank customers reported issues with their banking services as they faced issues while transacting online through UPI, net banking. As per their complaints on social media platforms, people were also unable to withdraw money from ATMs.

The bank attributed the problem to an outage in one of its data centers. India’s largest private sector lender said it was working on the issue and services would be restored as soon as possible.

“An unexpected outage in one of our data centers impacted some of our services. We’re working on restoring services, which shouldn’t take long. The inconvenience is sincerely regretted, ”HDFC Bank said on its official Twitter account.

However, he did not mention the reason for the data center failure.
