Admissions to Delhi Nursery are all expected to start from February 18, 2021 for the next academic term. The management has also started to prepare for the admission process. The first list will be released on March 20, the Education Directorate (DoE) said. The entire admission process will be closed on March 31.
This year, the admission process for kindergarten classes in Delhi schools is conducted entirely online. Usually, admission to nurseries in around 1,700 Delhi schools begins in the last week of November. The process has been delayed this year due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Delhi government officials said in December that a proposal to cut admissions to nurseries was under consideration, with schools having been closed for nine months due to COVID-19. However, Chief Deputy Minister Manish Sisodia last month ruled out removing childcare admission.
