Bill Eadie, better known as Demolition Ax and The Masked Superstar, is struggling with symptoms of COVID-19.
The wrestler was to participate in a virtual signing with T-Mart Promotions. However, Marty D’Amato announced on Facebook that Ax could not participate. D’Amato posted the following message on Facebook:
“Some bad news to report. Unfortunately, the signing of the demolition will not take place this Saturday.
I just got a call from Bill and his eldest grandson contacted Covid last week and now Bill and his wife are feeling sick with symptoms. Let’s all send our prayers to one of the nicest guys you can meet Bill Eadie who is part of the family as they deal with Covid.
It comes after WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley revealed last month that he contracted COVID after making a virtual signature.
