Digital wholesale broker Pathpoint said it now has a new general liability and instant quote submission service for entrepreneur segments, with participation from major entrepreneur surplus and surplus markets.
Contractor specific coverages available through the Pathpoint web platform include builders, construction, carpentry, electrical work, manual people, janitors, landscapers, painters, plumbers, roofers and subcontractors.
Pathpoint provides agents with access to linkage and brokerage offers from a single digital submission. The Pathpoint site manages all integrations and support applications in the background.
Agents can access all of these products at no cost and with no software to download.
“Pathpoint takes a process that has traditionally taken hours, days, even weeks to a process requiring only a few minutes,” said Bobby Touran, co-founder and CEO of Pathpoint.
“With the tightening market for insurance for entrepreneurs and the strong demand for entrepreneurs, the E&S market is doing what it does best and creating space for these risks,” said Touran.
Pathpoint, which launched last October, serves as the Surplus Lines agent and handles all back-end services and compliance. In January, it started offering cyber insurance quotes.
Pathpoint is licensed across the United States and is a coverholder at Lloyd’s of London. It distributes approved and disallowed products in several industries to US-based retail agents.
