“Education” concludes the third cycle of the “Estidha” program


The Ministry of Education concluded the third cycle of our national ambassadors program “Ready”, which was implemented virtually remotely during the students’ study leave in partnership with the leading universities and institutions in the country, and targeted students in the eighth to twelfth grades, as well as teachers from all government, technical and private schools.

In this session, the program attracted 923 male and female students and 32 distinguished teachers from the schools of the UAE, in addition to 60 distinguished students from the schools of the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the second year in a row, within the framework of the close strategic cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the state in the field of education. .

29 “Estadaa” programs were implemented by 9 strategic partners of the Ministry, namely the UAE University, the University of Sharjah, the American University of Ras Al Khaimah, Abu Dhabi University, Rochester Institute of Technology Dubai, Ajman University, Khalifa University, Mohammed bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences, and the Injaz Foundation. Her Excellency Dr. Amna Al Dahak Al Shamsi, Assistant Undersecretary for the Care and Capacity Building Sector at the Ministry of Education, said that the readiness programs initiative launched by the Ministry in June 2020, aims to empower students with knowledge and various skills that enhance their abilities and refine their personalities, as well as facilitate their involvement in university life with confidence and enhance Their chances of success in their university studies and their professional career, in addition to enabling teachers to play an active role in the success of the educational system, by providing them with training opportunities that contribute to enriching and enhancing their knowledge, and building and developing their research capabilities and creative and innovative skills in various fields.
