Eighth person dies in phantom accident on Illinois highway


HAMPSHIRE, Illinois — An eighth person has been killed in a fiery ghost car accident on a highway in northern Illinois, Illinois state police said Wednesday.

Thomas Dobosz, 32, of Rolling Meadows, Illinois, has died, police said.
