Former Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa striker Darren Bent has predicted Manchester United’s position in the Premier League table this season after their embarrassing 5-0 loss to Liverpool last weekend.
According to Bent, Man United will finish in seventh place in the Premier League table if they continue with manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer until the end of the season.
Man United are currently in seventh place in the Premier League table, with 14 points in nine games.
“Seventh. If they keep Solskjaer all season, honestly seventh,” Bent told talkSPORT when asked where Man United would end up in the Premier League this season.
“If they want to play like they did against Liverpool and Atalanta, any of the top eight teams could beat them any day.”
Man United will face Tottenham in their next Premier League game on October 30.
