Arsenal have made a move to pair a Real Madrid star with another in north London, while two clubs have made contact about Pep Guardiola – all in the latest Euro TBEN.
THE GUNNERS PROPOSE A MADRID CASE
Arsenal have inquired about the signing of Real Madrid midfielder Isco on a ready-to-buy deal in January, according to a report.
Several reports have linked the 28-year-old with a departure from the Spanish capital in recent months; speculation has mainly arisen on a verbal attack on Zinedine Zidane over playing time.
As such, Everton have reportedly shown interest in the past, although Carlo Ancelotti, the boss of Toffees, rejected such a speech.
In one way or another, Madrid were waiting for Arsenal – for whom Isco was a previous target – to rekindle their interest and create a bidding war.
And while Everton’s interest seems unimportant, Todofichajes claims the Spanish giants have made their wish with the Gunners come true.
Arsenal have reportedly asked about Isco’s connection with Dani Ceballos, who is on loan from Madrid to north London for the second consecutive season.
Moreover, transfer chief Edu Gaspar is reportedly ready to add Isco on loan in January before paying € 30m (£ 26m) to sign him next summer.
Juventus, Napoli and Manchester City have also reportedly shown interest in the player.
