In tonight’s edition: Frustration over a regional task force is mounting in eastern DR Congo. Protesters accusing it of having little influence on the M23 militia operating around Goma are being fired by police with tear gas. We also hear from Principles for Peace Executive Director Hiba Qasas that a new international peace treaty hopes to provide tools and know-how to countries trying to find a way out of conflict. Finally, the people of Nigeria get used to new banknotes before the old ones run out.
