OAKLAND (TBEN SF) – Firefighters were battling a serious 3-alarm fire in Oakland on Tuesday night, according to the Oakland Fire Department.
Crews responded around 10 p.m. to a fire in a two-story residential structure in the 800 block of 20th Street.
According to reports, crews withdrew from the building which was engulfed in flames. Nearby structures were also threatened by the fire.
No word on how the fire started.
