The Director of the General Department of Operations in Dubai Police, Major General Dr. Muhammad Nasser Al-Razuqi, said that the three elements, Lieutenant Mira Muhammad Madani, Lieutenant Samar Abdulaziz Jashouh, Lieutenant Kholoud Ahmed Al Abdullah and Lieutenant Bakhita Khalifa Al Ghafli, joined the General Department of Operations, in the Command and Control Center, after they underwent a training process that continued 6 months, which included 24 specialized and supportive courses, and practical training in emergency services to receive communications, guidance and control, and the office of the duty officer, followed by an evaluation to measure the readiness to work in this field and tasks.

He stressed that the Dubai Police General Command is proud of its distinguished human resource, which achieves qualitative achievements in the level of professional performance, pointing out that women in Dubai Police have been able to be present in various fields and disciplines, including difficult fields, which were the preserve of men, to prove their ability to give. He added that the joining of a women’s team to work in the management of the command and control center for the first time is one of the aspects of empowerment and presence for women in Dubai Police, praising the care and full support of the Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, Lieutenant-General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, in this aspect.
