Furniture start-up Arrivae said on Thursday it had raised Rs 50 crore in the first round of external funding led by prominent investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala. The round table also saw the participation of the Enam family, Siddharth Yog (founder, Xander Group), Anand Jain (president, Jai Corp), Harsh Jain (founder, Dream 11) and Ramesh S. Damani (president, DMart) .
“At Arrivae, we are still in the early stages of our roadmap to become a leading and comprehensive home improvement ecosystem in India. Partnerships are at the heart of our concerns at Arrivae and strengthen our brand’s confidence in the ecosystem, especially for consumers.
“All of the veterans who have participated in this round would help build confidence in the Arrivae brand,” Arrivae founder Yash Kela said in a statement.
