Sebastien Haller scored his first away goal in 2020 as West Ham edged Sheffield United with a 1-0 victory.
Haller has struggled to find consistent form since joining West Ham last year, but after scoring on his debut for Cote d’Ivoire in the international break, got another boost of confidence as he sacked his team to victory.
It was a fairly calm first half in terms of odds, although both sides were probing.
West Ham took the lead early in the second half with a powerful push through Sebastien Haller’s top corner.
The forward had only one goal under his belt this season before the game, but doubled his total for the campaign with an impressive strike.
The ball fell on Haller in the middle of the box and he hit it to send it into the net.
