BCCI unveiled New Jersey for the ICC T20 World Cup and it started to make headlines. The fans are delighted, because the shirt is a combination of light and dark blue colors. A billion people would hope the new jersey will bring about a change in fate as the 2022 Asia Cup was below par.
Captain Rohit Sharma knows there isn’t much time left to experiment. The team must find the best combination as soon as possible, otherwise the same performance of the 2021 T20 World Cup Edition would be at stake. Player strike positions must be established as musical chairs must be stopped as this is not sustainable in a marquee.
Rishabh Pants On Jersey
Wicketkeeper batter Rishabh Pant of the Indian Cricket Team posted on his social media handle. “How is our new jersey? I loved it’ Pant said in a social media post.

Middle order riddle for management
We have all seen Suryakumar Yadav tend to run away with the game by playing funky shots. The batter was used as the opener in the West Indies tour and he did wonders. The team should not try to complicate matters by promoting for Virat Kohli and KL Rahul, even if the situation demands it because the team’s balance is upset.
Suryakumar has to develop the waiting game because if the team loses a few wickets, popping is not a viable option.
Recently, Indian veteran Wasim Jaffer made a point that Rishabh Pant should be used as an opener in the 2022 T20 World Cup as the veteran campaigner believes this is Pant’s best batting position.
Management should keep one thing in mind that experiments are done when the team has completed its best game, not when there is uncertainty.
