New Zealand would regret that their middle-order hitters could not perform. There were high hopes for Glenn Phillips but the batter was dismissed on 5 runs in 7 balls. Opener Devon Conway put up some struggle, as the batter scored 138 runs in 100 balls, but was not enough to avoid a loss.

Shubman Gill hit 360 runs in the ODI Series and looked sublime. The batter now has the most aggregate runs scored by a batter, as Pakistan’s Babar Azam had scored 360 runs. The batsman in the 3rd ODI was quite aggressive in his approach which was quite fascinating to watch.
