IPL 2021: Shikhar Dhawan, holder of the orange cap, knocked down by young Kartik Tyagi

Currently, the man with the golden arm, young Rajasthan Royals (RR) pistol Kartik Tyagi is on fire as he brings out 2021 Indian Premier League (IPL) orange cap holder Shikhar Dhawan.

In the 36th clash between RR and Delhi Capitals (DC), Sanju Samson won the draw and chose to line up first and that surely proved vital. Admittedly, Dhawan’s wicket was unlucky for the batsman as the opener looked to defend himself with soft hands.

It even does the same, the ball, unfortunately, rolls back and hits the base of the leg stump. It was a slow-mo dismissal for the prolific southpaw, but the Royals hit early.

As for the clash, Rajasthan struck twice and released the first two games in succession. While Dhawan was fired for just eight points from eight balls, Prithvi Shaw was also fired by Chetan Sakariya after scoring just 10 points. Delhi skipper Rishabh Pant and Shreyas Iyer are in trouble because the team has lost two important wickets.
