BTS’s J-Hope burned the stage at Lollapalooza in Chicago with his electrifying performance on July 31. His fans and BTS ARMY were so proud to see the K-pop singer steal the spotlight at the music festival.
Not only fans but also Jimin and Becky G were seen at the concert to cheer on the K-pop singer. Fans flooded social media with his video of the concert and #HOBIPALOOZA became trending. After the concert, J-Hope dropped a series of photos of Lollapalooza and wrote a long thank-you letter to his benefactors.
He shared the photos, writing, “July 31, 2022 will be one of my greatest and unforgettable moments. Lollapalooza was one of Jack in the Box’s key challenges.
Preparing for an hour-long show with me front and center was just one moment of fear after another, and I slammed myself forward as hard as I could, over and over, practicing for the show.
Above all, preparing every detail with such care and making sure I learned along the way who I really am.”
He added: “Yesterday was the culmination of this whole process, and that is why it will be so much more of a fond memory in the history of my life, and so much more meaningful!!! I want to thank all the staff who worked so hard for Lollapalooza, all my friends in the band and the dance crew, Becky G for her special presence, Jimin who came so far to encourage me, and most of all I want to thank us ARMY that made yesterday’s stage even brighter, and I want to thank again all the organizers of Lollapalooza who gave me this amazing opportunity!!!”
