Jameela Jamil and Meghan Markle support each other.

“The Good Place” actor, featured in the latest episode of the Duchess of Sussex’s “Archetypes” podcast, thanked Meghan for her support during difficult times.

The actor and activist also revealed some behind-the-scenes details that she said most “people don’t know” about the royal family.

“During some of my toughest moments when I was most vilified and harmed by the media – and sometimes by the public – you have been such a sobering voice, unwaveringly supporting me,” said Jamil. “People don’t know that you often reach out to women who are going through a really, really hard time.”

She added, “I appreciate you and thank you for that because those are some hairy moments and I needed that guidance.”

“Thanks mate,” Jamil added.

“Yes, absolutely,” Meghan replied.

Jamil also spoke of the times she’s publicly stood up for the Duchess amid the “unfathomable amount of shit you take.”

The “She-Hulk” star also apologized for the abuse Meghan “had to endure”.

“It has re-emphasized for us the intense unkindness, bigotry and misogyny of our media,” she said. “And I think and I hope and I feel faith that the tides are changing, because so many of us are fighting back.”

Well, thanks for fighting back,” Meghan replied.

“I’ll never forget reading an English piece of shit, writing the words ‘Meghan’s exotic TBEN will definitely THICK the royal blue bloodline…’ (bumps head on table and pukes in own mouth.),” Jamil has since written. – deleted tweets.

Jamil also pleaded on behalf of Meghan in August 2020, months after Meghan and Harry officially stepped down as working members of the royal family, after the Duchess faced criticism for speaking out about the importance of voting.
