Junior Andre broke his silence on social media on Saturday for the first time since revealing he had contracted coronavirus.

The eldest child, 15, of Peter Andre and Katie Price appeared in a good mood as he pouted in the playful video shared on his Instagram account.

He pressed his hand against his perfectly styled raven locks and wore a trendy Adidas shirt.

Junior looked good on the road to recovery in the clip he captioned: ‘I felt like myself’.

In April, the star announced he had tested positive for COVID-19 in an Instagram upload.

Junior shared a message with his followers that read, “ I tested positive for COVID. ”

In the post, which was posted against a black background, the teenager also included angst and fiery emojis.

This marks Junior’s third contact with the virus. In March 2020, Junior revealed he was showing symptoms of coronavirus, just hours after his father expressed fears his children would contract him.

Speaking to Instagram Stories, Junior said that while he had not been officially diagnosed, he made sure to stay safe.

Junior said: “ These are not easy times as we know. I am filming this to tell you that I am showing symptoms of the coronavirus. I’m not the one saying I have it, I’m showing symptoms.

“Everyone, please stay safe, these are not easy times like I said.

In November, Junior was forced to self-isolate again due to a coronavirus outbreak at his school.

According to his father, Junior was annoyed that he still had to finish his classes at home, but luckily had no symptoms.

The teenager divides his time between his father’s and mother’s home, as does his sister Princess André, 13, who Peter, 48, also shares with Katie, 42.

Peter split from the former glamor model in 2009 after four years of marriage and then welcomed Amelia, seven, and Theo, four, with his current wife Emily McDonagh, 31.

Katie is the mother of 18-year-old Harvey from her relationship with Dwight Yorke. As she welcomed Bunny, six, and Jett, seven, with ex Kieran Hayler.

Peter himself tested positive for the respiratory virus in December, while his wife Emily – who worked as an NHS primary care doctor during the pandemic – tested positive in June.

As for Junior’s mother, Katie, she received her first Covid vaccine this month alongside her beau Carl Woods, both of whom fell ill with fever and nausea afterward.

Katie’s eldest son Harvey has now been fully immunized against the virus. The teenager was rushed to hospital in February after his first dose of the Oxford / AstraZeneca vaccine spiked his temperature.

He would have had little reaction to his second dose.
