Katie, whose divorce from ex Kieran Hayler was finalized earlier this year, is looking in the Hertfordshire area and is apparently hoping to find a place big enough to sleep all of her children and friends.
A source told The Sun: ‘Katie wants a place big enough for all the kids to have their own rooms and their friends to stay – a house with nine bedrooms, or at least seven.
“ She needs outdoor paddocks for her horses and is willing to spend up to a million for a fresh start. She is excited to start the next chapter of her life with Carl.
