Kwara State Governor Abdulrahaman Abdulrazaq declared a work-free day on Wednesday to allow officials to get their permanent voter cards, PVCs, from TBEN National Electoral Commission, INEC, which will ensure their participation in the upcoming general election.
This was announced in a statement in Ilorin on Tuesday by Kwara State Service Chief Ms. Susan Modupe Oluwole.
“All those who have yet to get their voter cards are urged to do so immediately before the collection date expires,” she said.
DAILY POST recalls that INEC said there will be no further extension of the collection date.
