The Dubai government platform, which bears the slogan “Talents for the Future”, was visited by a number of Their Excellencies, heads and directors of government agencies, where His Excellency Eng. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri, Chairman of the Emirati Human Resources Development Council in Dubai, was briefed on the programs aimed at upgrading and providing the human element. With the necessary science and knowledge, and encouraging young Emirati talents to take advantage of technical developments and artificial intelligence.
He stressed that the participation of the Emirati Human Resources Development Council in Dubai in the Emirates Vision for Jobs exhibition aims to encourage Emiratis to work in the private sector, and the Council has dedicated a special page for this within the main portal of employment in the Government of Dubai, represented in the Dubai Careers platform, where jobs are displayed available in the private sector.
His Excellency Eng. His Excellency Al Mansouri learned about the steps taken in the Competency Assessment Center, which is set up by the Dubai Government Human Resources Department.
For his part, His Excellency Mishaal Abdul Karim Julfar, Executive Director of the Dubai Ambulance Corporation, during his visit to the Dubai Government platform, praised the efforts made by the participating government agencies and the programs and activities they provide during the exhibition.

The memorandum of understanding stipulates cooperation between the two sides in the fields of training and education to support the development of the institutional performance of national employees in government agencies and private entities in the Emirate of Dubai, providing the employees of the two sides with new knowledge, skills and experiences in their field of work, and cooperation in the field of programs to prepare and empower national competencies from various functional categories. And cooperation in documenting, publishing and exchanging the best government practices, enriching the knowledge content of the applied experiences of the government administration, and activating the institutional communication channels between the two parties.
16 government entities are participating in the Dubai government platform, at the UAE Job Vision 2022, which are: Knowledge and Human Resources Development Authority, Dubai Ambulance, General Directorate of Civil Defense, Dubai Customs, Dubai Sports Council, Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department, Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, The Land Department, Hamdan bin Mohammed Heritage Center, Dubai Government Workshop, Dubai Digital, Dubai Academic Health Corporation, Dubai Finance Department, Imam Malik College of Sharia and Law, my experiences, in addition to the Human Resources Department in the Government of Dubai.
