Another Michelin star restaurant has opened in Singapore.
Nakiryu Ramen is a one Michelin star restaurant from Tokyo, Japan.
According to the Instagram page, the eatery has maintained its one-star Michelin status since 2017.
Founded by chef Kazamusa Saito, the restaurant is known for its dandan noodles and shoyu ramen.
First outlet in Singapore
Nakiryu Ramen opened its first branch in Singapore on January 13, 2023 at Plaza Singapura.
The dandan noodles or tantanmen is a type of spicy Japanese ramen with a broth made from sesame, red chillies and peanuts.
A plate of signature tantanmen costs €15.90++.
One can also add umami tamago (half boiled egg) for an extra €3++ or three pieces of cha shu €4++.
There are also other types of windows, including shoyu ramen (€14.90++).
Patrons can also choose from a selection of side dishes from €5.90++.
