Mike Tyson returned to AEW Dynamite this week, but this time he saved Chris Jericho from a vicious onslaught from The Pinnacle.
Earlier on the show, Jericho announced that The Inner Circle will face The Pinnacle in a Blood and Guts match on the May 5 episode of AEW Dynamite.
Later in the series, Jericho was attacked by The Pinnacle and they were about to put him across a ringside table, but Mike Tyson appeared to help take The Pinnacle out just as the rest of The Inner Circle walked into the ring.
The advertisers noted that Tyson and Jericho are now on the same side because Jericho is a different person now after apologizing for his previous bad behavior.
