Muthoot Finance’s share price gained more than 2% on Thursday, April 8, after the company announced that a meeting was to be held to consider declaring an interim dividend for fiscal year 2020-2021. On Thursday, Muthoot Finance opened on BSE at Rs 1218, touching an intraday high of Rs 1245.20 and an intraday low of Rs 1212.90, in the trading session so far. According to a regulatory filing by the firm with the BSE, a board meeting is scheduled for Monday April 12, 2021 to review the declaration of an interim dividend for the 2020-21 fiscal year.
The company has set April 23 as the registration date to decide which shareholders will be entitled to the interim dividend. Muthoot Finance was last up 2.66 percent to Rs 1,236.55 on BSE.
