MyRepublic Expands SMB Offering to Ignite Theme
MyRepublic has announced the launch of Ignite, a suite of business ICT (Information and Communications Technology) solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Singapore.
This is not the first time the telco has reached SMBs with business-based solutions, partnering with Inspira Enterprise in 2021 to offer cybersecurity and cloud-based office solutions around Microsoft 365 and Teams, called MyRepublic ModernWorkplace solutions.
Ignite is an improved version of this.
Three ICT pillars
Ignite will provide SME ICT services built around three pillars:
- Cloud: Host infrastructure, platforms and software reliably and securely over the internet. SMBs need to stay flexible and cloud technologies enable employees to stay connected and productive wherever they are.
- Cybersecurity: Amid a constantly evolving threat landscape, SMBs must remain vigilant and have robust cybersecurity infrastructure and protocols in place to withstand potential breaches and attacks.
- Artificial Intelligence and IoT: Using automation and data analytics, SMBs can improve employee productivity, eliminate labor-intensive tasks, and optimize resource allocation. They can use real-time data and actionable insights to make decisions to improve customer service and retention.
MyRepublic added that there are plans to expand the Ignite portfolio with new technology or solutions later this year.
They are not the only telcos in Singapore to partner with the other incumbents with industrial partners to provide SME ICT services.
