NEW YORK (TBEN) – A Bronx City Council member reaches out to voters struggling to keep food on the table during the pandemic.
Board member Rafael Salamanca Jr. hosted a food distribution event at his district office on Tuesday.
With the help of the New York Common Pantry and the Bronx Community Board 2, thousands of pounds of bagged goods and non-perishable food items were distributed.
