She puts herself in the shoes of legendary actress Lucille Ball for the highly anticipated biopic, Being The Ricardos.
And Nicole Kidman has already shared her cheeky first photo from the Amazon production shoot.
“ Currently in production #BeingTheRicardos, ” the Australian actress captioned a photo of herself standing near a warning sign, which made it clear that no photos could be taken on set.

In January, the 53-year-old broke her silence about being cast as the iconic star of the upcoming film, directed by legendary Aaron Sorkin.
“ I love Lucille, having looked now and delved into her, ” Nicole gushed, telling Variety that part of her prep involved screening old episodes of I Love Lucy.
“She is an incredible woman. I’m very excited for people to see what Aaron found out about her and the way he played Desi and Lucy and how rich it is. I didn’t know any of this, ” she added.

Nicole has enjoyed a career rebirth in recent years, kicked off by an Emmy-winning round in the miniseries, Big Little Lies.
Meanwhile, director Aaron has said he thinks Nicole is “ going to be fantastic ” as bubbly actress Lucille.
“ I think people thought we picked them as Lucy and Ricky Ricardo, ” he told Entertainment Tonight.

Rumors were circulating that Nicole was cast as the iconic TV star opposite Javier Bardem as Desi Arnaz in January.
The reports led to controversy over her casting and prompted Will And Grace star Debra Messing to aggressively come forward for the role on Twitter.
Debra retweeted a series of fan tweets saying she would be a better fit for the project – including sitcom star Valerie Bertinelli.

While plugging in for the role, Debra also recalled her tribute to I Love Lucy in the final season of Will And Grace.
During this tribute, Debra disguised herself as character from Lucille’s sitcom, Lucy Ricardo, to recreate some of her scenes, including her commercial for Vitameatavegamin and her frantic attempts to work on the assembly line at a chocolate factory.
However, Nicole’s cast was defended by Lucille and Desi’s daughter, Lucie Arnaz, who posted a Facebook video giving her two cents.

Lucie admitted: “ There seems to be a lot of talk about Nicole Kidman. “It should be Debra Messing!” “It should be Carole Cook!” I do not know.
“We’re not doing a remake of I Love Lucy. Nobody has to pretend to be Lucy Ricardo, or the Vitameatavegamin routine or the chocolate factory routine or any of the stupid things, ”she added.
“This is the story of Lucille Ball, my real mother, not Lucy Ricardo, and her husband Desi Arnaz, my father, not Ricky Ricardo. There will be some humor in the movie, but it’s a story of the two of them, how they met, and what went well with the show’s research, what went wrong. – their relationship, their love story.
