Bengaluru has reported an increase in COVID-19 cases with most major cities.

Bengaluru and six other cities in Karnataka will enforce a 10 p.m. – 5 a.m. night curfew from Saturday, the government said Thursday, minutes after Prime Minister Narendra Modi urged states to announce new measures to tackle the surge in COVID-19 cases.
The curfew, which will be in effect until April 20, will also be imposed in Mysuru, Mangaluru, Kalaburagi, Bidar, Tumakuru and Manipal.
