Child star Alyla Browne reveals what it was like working with Nicole Kidman on Nine Perfect Strangers and the special gift the Hollywood actress gave her for her birthday on set

Alyla Browne has had a promising start in the world of theater as the daughter of Nicole Kidman in the Amazon Prime series Nine Perfect Strangers.

The 11-year-old schoolgirl spoke enthusiastically about filming scenes with the seasoned drama actress in an interview with The Morning Show on Friday.

Hosts Larry Emdur and Kylie Gillies started by asking Alyla what her favorite scene was to shoot.

“My favorite part would have to be a Lamborghini scene where Nicole and I were sitting in a yellow Lamborghini for two hours talking about all kinds of different things and it was just amazing to be with her,” replied the young actress.

“And another is that we were shooting this scene and I was in this little flower meadow and this little butterfly came down and hovered around me and it was just perfect,” she added.

Larry Emdur joked to Alyla to make sure her parents buy her the Lamborghini from the set when she is older.

Alyla then spoke about what it was like to have Nicole as a “doing mom”.

“She was wonderful, she’s just lovely and caring and actually I celebrated my eleventh birthday on set and she gave me Pandora,” the young actress said before showing her bracelet to the camera.

Alyla claims that she loves Pandora and says that Nicole’s gift was the “best gift she could have given me”.

Browne also discussed her next role as young Jessica Watson in the Australian biopic True Spirit, which is set to hit Netflix in 2022.

Besides True Spirit, Alyla is also set to appear in George Miller’s upcoming film: Three Thousand Years of Longing.

The young actress has previously starred in the remake of Children of the Corn, the successful Australian detective series Mr Inbetween and the Stan Eden series.
