Outage: COVID-19 borders extended in West Bengal until September 30 – What is allowed, what is not


The West Bengal government extends Covid restrictions until September 30, 2021. All outdoor activities, including movement of people and vehicles, are prohibited between 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., except for emergency services / essential.

In the past 24 hours, the state has recorded 703 new cases of COVID-19 and 12 deaths, with 35,998 test samples and a positivity rate of 1.95%.
