Leila Gray is now engaged to fellow pro wrestler Luke Kurtis. The proposal happened on Friday’s OVW show. Congratulations to the happy couple.
She wrote on Twitter about the special moment: “And just like that… I’m a FIANCÉ!!!!! I love you so much @The_LukeKurtis. A long sentimental post coming soon.”
Gray has been the OVW Women’s Champion since April, when she dethroned Freya de Slaya. Since entering the wrestling world in 2020, she has worked for several promotions including AEW where she has mainly worked on the Dark & Elevation shows.
She made her AEW debut in March 2021 when she lost to Tay Conti. Gray took on Jade Cargill a few weeks ago for the TBS title on the Blood & Guts edition of AEW Dynamite, but came up short. She has since joined Cargill as one of its Baddies, thanks to Cargill’s publicist Stokely Hathaway.

Grey’s most recent AEW match came on Monday’s episode of Dark: Elevation, where she defeated JC. She was originally scheduled to compete in a threesome match alongside Hogan and Cargill on a recent episode of Dynamite, but was removed from the match for not being medically cleared.
Last April, she faced Raquel Rodriguez in a match on WWE SmackDown, where she went by the name Cat Cardoza.
