Pokemon GO’s celebratory season is coming to a crescendo of sorts this weekend with the Kanto Tour, a paid event that feels like it’s somewhere halfway between Pokemon GO Fest and one of those events. special paid research. There’s a lot going on, but the main idea is that it’s an ode to the original. Pokemon Red and Green Games – Blue in the West, of course. The event runs from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. local time
To get started, you will need to choose which version to buy, like in the main games. There are two available: red and Green, each of which will come with incense that attracts exclusive creatures. Read more here, but the important thing is that you will need a friend, or a stranger, with the opposite version in order to complete the event.
Collections: The entire event is themed around New Collection Challenges, with a whopping 10 Collection Challenges available to all ticket holders. These come in two flavors – the first five are themed on how to acquire critters, and they are:

- Green (trade) or green (incense)
- To evolve
After that, the next five are themed around different areas of the original games:
- Pallet city
- Tin city
- Cerulean city
- Fuchsia city
- Pokémon League
All challenges will remain available until February 28 at 7:59 p.m.
Timetable: Much like with GO Fest, spawns and Pokémon attracted to incense will change from hour to hour, with each hour being themed around a different area of the games. Here is the full program:

After that, however, you will have access to a special ‘master search’, which is supposed to be much more difficult, requiring you to collect all Kanto creatures, reach level 40, catch 30 Pokémon of each type, spin 151 Pokestops. unique and walk 151 km. Once you’re done, you get a Shiny Mew.
And that’s about the size of it. There will be more to know as the day progresses, but until then, prepare to walk.
