Birmingham midfielder David Davis has left the club after six and a half years at St Andrew’s.
The 29-year-old arrived from Wolves in 2014 and made 194 appearances for the Blues. He scored 11 goals during his time at St Andrew’s.
Davis was named Birmingham’s Player and Fan of the Season for 2016-17.
However, he has fallen out of favor lately. After spending time on loan at Charlton last quarter, Davis has yet to make an appearance this season.
Paying tribute to Davis, a statement on Blues website thanked the player for his service.
“Embodying all that it means to don the royal blue jersey, his attitude and application were second to none. He had the ability to inspire success in all who had the opportunity to play alongside him.
“Good luck and best wishes, Digga.”
