Cricket is a funny old sport and even in the rapidly changing times small things can cause big problems. Indian cricket fans experienced this firsthand on Tuesday when the second T20I between India and the West Indies was delayed due to logistical issues.
It was initially reported that the match had been delayed by 2 hours because the players’ luggage had not arrived at St Kitts, where the second match was to take place. Later, the match was delayed for another hour and moved to 11 p.m. Indian Standard Time.
Twitterati, meanwhile, had a field day as they flooded the microblogging website with memes and hilarious tweets as they waited for the action to kick off.

Team India currently holds a 1-0 lead over their Caribbean counterparts thanks to their brilliant batting and clinical bowling in the previous match in Trinidad. Dinesh Karthik scored 41* from just 19 balls, boosting the lead on Rohit Sharma’s groundbreaking start, which saw him score half a century.
In response, the West Indies folded for just 122 runs and gave the Men in Blue a huge 68-run victory.
