According to the social media app, the snap of Louise had been deleted due to “adult sexual solicitation.”

In the post, Louise was lying on her side to show off her nascent baby bump while covering her breasts with one hand at 6:45 a.m. as she struggled to get up.

Next to the self-titled “big old belly” photo, Louise detailed her upcoming doctor’s appointments for fans.

She wrote: “I have an NHS growth scan this morning to make sure our baby is getting enough nutrients during my third trimester with ulcerative colitis.”
