Mr. Channi arrived at the gurdwara at 6:40 p.m. and paid tribute there with Baba Gurdeep Singh, the principal sewadar of gurdwara. He also participated in the langar at the premises of the gurdwara. On this occasion, he received a siropa (robe of honor) by Baba Gurdeep Singh.

The chief minister said that visiting the place again after about four years gave him a lot of mental satisfaction. He said he was blessed to have had the opportunity to pay homage to this home of God, which is so important in his life.
