Monday’s episode of WWE Raw had another interesting ending as Alexa Bliss shot a fireball in Randy Orton’s face. Now, WWE has posted a follow-up on Orton.

Of course, WWE had to scramble to make changes to the script for last Monday’s episode, as Orton was supposed to face WWE Champion Drew McIntyre in an untitled match.

When it was revealed that McIntyre had tested positive for COVID-19, WWE needed a replacement for Orton to face the main event. So, they had Triple H fight the former WWE Champion for a few minutes before the lights went out and Bliss made the angle of the fireball.

It was reported that the angles made on television since Orton defeated “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt in a Firefly Inferno match at the TLC pay-per-view in December would lead to another match between the two stars during the Royal Rumble pay-per-view event later this month.
