Rebekah Vardy triumphantly launched her new website on Thursday, which she says will showcase the ‘real her’.

The GAF, 38, spoke candidly about her postpartum body, her love for vintage pants and five little-known facts about herself on the new website, via blogs and her intro page glamour.

The mother of five, married to footballer Jamie Vardy, first considered showing off her all-new postpartum figure in 2017 after the birth of her son Finley.

No expectations: Rebekah Vardy triumphantly launched her new website on Thursday where she openly discussed the decision to share her postpartum body

Becky had posed alongside her then 12-week-old son and held him against her as she leaned back while posing in Calvin Klein underwear.

She said: ‘I wanted to let other new moms see what I looked like because I knew I was not the only one with a wobbly stomach, rollers, bigger thighs and heavy breasts.

“ After posting these photos, I was asked to make a fitness DVD to show women how to lose baby weight, but I turned it down.

“That was never the point of these photos for me. These were to make new moms feel good about their appearance, they were meant to strengthen and inspire confidence in their bodies.

“ I wasn’t going to insult women by making them think they had to be slimmer to be happy because I believe happiness comes from within, not from your appearance.

The star said the majority of the postpartum photos she saw were of mothers who had ‘regained their shape’, adding: ‘Good for them and good for you if this is how your body works, but my postpartum body doesn’t work that way.

“Here are some of my favorite photos of myself. If you were one of the people who sent me lovely messages after posting these photos, thank you and everyone who shares a little reality every now and then, thank you too.

Giving a more candid glimpse into her life, Becky posed in a pair of non-slip Modibodi pants that she said were “ super comfy ” and ideal for ice skating before her debut in Dancing On Ice.

She wrote: ‘Last year I discovered vintage pants and love them. I’m not talking about those ugly pants we all keep for our “time of the month” that are super comfy and already ruined by rule leaks. I mean real pants. For. Your. Period.

“ At first I was nervous I didn’t think a pair of pants (and they really look like a completely normal pair of pants, not a diaper, not ugly, just regular pants) would have handled my heaviest period and leaking cool – BUT THEY WERE! These pants really work.

Becky revealed that she started the website to share her ideas, support local charities and businesses, and provide candid insight into her life.

The star went on to list five little-known facts about herself, revealing that she had excelled in javelin and obstacles in school, competed for her county and was invited to a trial for Britain at the age 15.

She added: “ I learned to play the piano myself when I was 7 years old. I have never had piano lessons and cannot read music, but I can listen to music and learn it by ear. I don’t play much anymore but when I do I find it very therapeutic.

“I love yoga. Apart from playing the piano, it’s the number one thing that helps me relax and deal with anxiety when it arises.

“I was raised as a Jehovah’s Witness until I was kicked out of my home when I was 15. I hated every moment.

The website revelation comes after Becky detailed the ‘horrific’ accident that left her Dancing On Ice partner Andy Buchanan in hospital.

The mother-of-five who hates the sight of blood, has revealed that she ‘almost passed out’ from Andy’s bloody wounds after mistakenly slicing her face in training.

In a new interview, Rebekah explained that she felt ‘petrified’ after returning to the ice the next day and that she still felt guilty knowing that the accident was her mistake.

She told TBEN: ‘I had so many falls and obviously I hurt Andy it was the most horrible experience. I thought he was kidding at first because he kinda likes a joke and he likes to embarrass me a bit and we were making a move …

‘The last thing he said to me was “don’t kick me in the face” and I was like “why would you say that? You’re just gonna hurt us” so we did what we were doing and he almost let me down and I was like “oh shit what happened?”

“I looked at him and he was holding his face and I was like ‘stop messing around’ and I laughed and then he took his hand off his face and there was blood all over it.

“I hate the sight of blood. Five children and I cannot take the blood and I almost passed out. It wasn’t good and I felt awful.

Rebekah said her partner Andy was more concerned with his reaction to his injuries and that it impacted his confidence, rather than any damage to his face.

She said: ‘He was so sympathetic and more worried about me than him and he continued to stay’ it wasn’t your fault ‘and even though they mean it wasn’t your fault , you totally know it was because if you did it right, it never would have happened.

“ We’ve been doing this for a few months and not years and years so crashes are inevitable, it’s just how you bounce back.

“I was petrified. The next day we had our show and narrated in front of all the coaches and it was the first time we performed our routine in front of people and I felt so sick. I didn’t even think I could do it.

Rebekah and Jamie, who tied the knot in 2016, have three children, Sofia, six, Finley, four, and Olivia, one, as well as Taylor and Megan, from two of Becky’s previous relationships. Jamie also has a daughter with ex-Emma Daggett.

The devoted mother admits she failed to share the experience with her children, who were forced to miss the point due to the coronavirus pandemic.

This year’s contestants won’t be performing in front of a live studio audience, meaning the star’s kids will have to watch their mom take on the challenge from home, which was hard for Rebekah to imagine.

She said: ‘My kids are so excited they’re literally snacking a bit.

“ They are emptied of not being able to come and watch it live and they have not been able to attend many training sessions.

“ In that regard it makes me sad because my family is everything and to have them a little more involved on this trip would have been amazing.

‘But they are going to be supporting at home and I’m sure like everyone else all of our families will support us and it’s nice to know that they will be watching wherever they are. ”
